Lycia Rooms + Opened in 2019 as a family run bed and breakfast located near the centre of Inverness in the Scottish Highlands. By your hosts Andy and Anne who extend warm friendly highland hospitality to their guests as the travel across Scotland on their Highland adventure.

Following on from the success of the bed and breakfast. From Late 2020 They will be offering a self-catering alternative  to the bed and breakfast. where up to six adults and two children under 12 years are able to rent the complete house for seven days or more.

Dolphin pods can be spotted of Chanonry point on the Black Isle. Regular boat trips leave Inverness Marina Daily.

Cruising Loch Ness


See the splendour of the Loch, Urquart Castle and the Great Glen from the water. Jacobite Cruises operate from The Caledonian Canel swing bridge at Tomnahurich and  Dochgarroch Locks . 6 miles south of Inverness on the A82
